A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization aiming to provide an array of services that encourage hope, inspire dreams, and create opportunities for the youth of our community.

The COF uses corporate and personal contributions, fundraisers, special events, and other activities to support selected non-profit organizations that serve and benefit those in need in order to enhance the quality of life for Citrus County's children in the areas of health, education, human care services, athletics, and other extra-curricular activities.
